  One of the things that you look at when you check to see if someone has been 'Photoshopped' into a photo is whether the angle of light and shadows on the person in question matches the rest of the photo and the background. Since it was dusk, and you had to use your flash, this gives the appearance that Sandy was in some other setting when the her photo was taken, and that you 'copied' her onto this background. This is one of the easiest things to check when you suspect that the photo has been tampered with. But anyone that looks closer will either rule out PS or be very impressed with the painstaking and tedious work that you must have done to get Sandy outline so 'clean'. I ruled out PS quickly because I knew it would not only be far easier for you to simply drive Sandy to the beach and then take the photo but it would also be a lot more fun then trying to do this with computer tricks.
